1.SDK version is not correctly working for Android because of insufficient version
2.New hardware devices don't properly use old software versions

So there's no way for someone having Android 11 or above to have this version ?
Seems like it at least for now. You'll need to ask YTF for more information since I'm not the expert here.

In terms of the update for golden age half done at best. But for the sequel, not even started.
